Pancakes with cheese and raisins

Some really good pancakes ... let's see if I know the recipe as I tried them a long time ago :))

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • fried oil

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with cheese and raisins:

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk, butter, flour, salt and mix well. At the end, add the cheese and raisins and mix a little more.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry 2 tablespoons of the composition, taking care to take a few raisins each time. I made the pancakes small, but they can also be made as big as the pan.

Good appetite!

Tips sites

1

you can add vanilla sugar to the composition

To fill about 20 pancakes, I had 500g of sweet cheese which I mixed with 100g of raisins that stayed 2 hours in cold water and 1 teaspoon of rum essence.

Over the cheese and raisins I added 1 small jar of cream (125g), 3 sachets of vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey. If you want to make the filling sweeter you can put more honey, or you can add 3 tablespoons of caster sugar.

The sweet cheese mixes well with the rest of the ingredients and is then ready to be used as a pancake filling.

Spread on each pancake 2 tablespoons not very full of sweet cheese filling with raisins, then roll the pancake and place on a platter to be served.

Pancakes stuffed with sweet cheese and raisins are delicious and worth a try.

Sweet cheese and raisins & # 8211 fluffy, puffed and fragrant

Sweet cheese and raisins & # 8211 fluffy, puffed and fragrant. The recipe for baked cheese pies, like in a pastry shop. How to make a leavened dough & # 8211 puff pastry with butter? How to make cow's cheese filling with raisins? Sweet pastry recipes. Recipes with cottage cheese.

I grew up near the Mimoza confectionery in Arad. People from Arad who are over 35 still know her, she was in Podgoria. I remember that although it was an unpretentious confectionery with small tables covered with cloth, small stools, cement mosaic on the floor, cheap melamine pulp (ie counters), Mimoza had a laboratory that made OK cakes for those times. We are talking here about the years & # 821770-80.

The pastries were very good. I remember queuing up when the hot trays came out salted cheese pies (recipe here) or with scallops (recipe here).

It was the same when the trays of sweet cheese and raisins or those with apples appeared. A kind of mini rolls with cottage cheese and fluffy puff pastry.

Over time, the quality began to decline. The stuffing in the bushes disappeared & # 8230 was no longer properly sweet or vanilla. The 80's were not the happiest from this point of view. The butter was replaced with margarine, the sugar was removed, the vanilla disappeared, the raisins also disappeared, practically everything was replaced with anything, a situation after which we still pull the ponoas. If I'm "allergic" to something, then I'm sure the expression: I let it go like that. Unfortunately, even now we are tempted to replace cow's cheese with mascarpone or ricotta (when these are 3 totally different products and it's NOT EVERYTHING you put), to replace butter with margarine (I better not make dessert at all and eat a slice of homemade pita bread with jam).

Cheesecakes are made with cow's cheese, that sweet cheese that is commercially available or can also be made at home (the recipe here).

I missed those bushes and I made them these days. They came out great good, fluffy, flavorful and with a generous layer of sweet cheese filling. In our house, any sweet cheese filling is made with vanilla, grated lemon peel and raisins. Likewise, in the sweet leavened doughs I put vanilla and grated lemon or orange peel. Without these flavors the finished products are not great.

From these quantities results 16 pieces of bushes with sweet cheese and fluffy and fragrant & # 8211 raisins.

Pancakes with cheese and raisins

Many people call them & # 8220brasovene & # 8221, but they have little to do with Brasov pancakes which are a kind of local suberek, filled with a slice of meat, onions, peppers and various spices. Rather, it resembles a food from the area of Moldova, bringing quite a lot with the famous lap-in-arms.

Put the raisins in a bowl and cover with warm water. Thus, until the pancakes and other ingredients are ready, they will soften.

Break eggs into a large bowl and mix with salt, vanilla sugar, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.

Make pancake paste, mixing the beaten eggs one by one, little by little, with milk and flour. Then heat a flat pan on the fire, pour a teaspoon of oil and make the pancakes, putting the composition in a pan with a polish, turning on one side and the other.

In another bowl, mix the cheese with the sour cream and raisins. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to taste.

When the pancakes are ready, they are filled one by one with a good spoonful of raisin cheese composition and folded. Grease a pan with butter and put the folded pancakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and jam.

Pancake rolls with cheese and raisins & # 8211 a delicacy appreciated by both children and adults

Pancake rolls with cheese and raisins are very tasty and easy to prepare, so they are appreciated by both adults and children. I recommend you try them too, if you haven't done it yet. The recipe is explained step by step in the lines below.

Ingredient:

  • 3-4 pancakes, 100 gr cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons raisins, 1 teaspoon honey

Method of preparation:

Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and a teaspoon of sugar. We can even add vanilla sugar if we want, but it is not mandatory.

Rinse the raisins well and cut them into small pieces or put them in a blender. Mix the raisins with honey.

Bake the thin pancakes, according to your favorite recipe.

Put all the cheese filling on the edge of a pancake. Twist the pancake into a tube.On the edge of another pancake, put the stuffing of raisins and honey. We twist the pancake with raisins, just like the one with cheese.

We put the two filled pancakes, side by side on a stretched pancake. We twist the pancake tightly. If one pancake is not enough, we can use two to wrap the two filled pancakes.

Then cut the pancake filled into slices. We put the slices on a plate and serve them with our loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!

This delicious dessert can be prepared even for a festive meal, because it looks wonderful and has a special taste. Try it yourself, then share the recipe with your friends. They will certainly be eager to try it too.

Pancakes with cheese and baked jam & # 8211 pudding

Pancakes with cheese and jam in the oven, built in layers. A very tasty pancake pudding, with lots of sour cream, apricot jam and raisins. Alternate a jam pancake with one with cheese and it looks very good in the section.

This dessert, pancakes with cheese and oven jam, my grandmother used to do it as a child. In the background is a mountain of pancakes with different fillings (usually alternating apricot jam with cow's cheese with raisins) covered with a thick layer of vanilla cream. Everything is au gratin and the final look is very attractive. Cut 2-3cm thick slices and each slice consists of slices!

Another pancake flour pudding is the simple one, with cottage cheese & # 8211 recipe here.

What I can say is that I fried them in a large pan with a diameter of 28 cm and so I was able to build them long in the form of baking. If you have smaller pans you will need to put 1 and a half pancakes or 2 rolled pancakes, one in the extension of the other & # 8211 to fit the length of the terrine. My baking tin is 30 & # 21520 cm and about 6 cm deep. I used 16 large pancakes (4 layers of 4 pieces each). You may need 20-25 smaller pancakes and put 5 on each layer.
