I got this recipe from my mother. It turned out to be so good that I have to tell you the recipe.

  • For 9 liters of shock:
  • 10 l water;
  • 1 fist full of shaken flower (or 7 shock flowers);
  • 1 kg of sugar;
  • 60 ml. vinegar;
  • 60 ml. lemon juice (about 2 lemons);
  • peel of 2 lemons (cut into large pieces);
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon salt

Servings: 9

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl (I put in a pickle jar), cover the bowl with paper and leave for 5-6 days to soak at room temperature.

Mix in the liquid obtained about 2 times a day (morning and evening).

When it starts to foam (ferment), we strain it and put it in bottles that we close and store in the fridge.

It is perfect for hot days! ;)
