As the holidays approach, Grandma is looking for her famous recipe book. Among them I found a roll of meat. I don't know when and where I got it from. The important thing is that I have it, I did it and it is very good.

  • 8 sheets of pancake
  • Pancake batter:
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml. milk
  • 250 ml. mineral water
  • 100 ml. oil
  • 300-350 g flour
  • Filling:
  • 500 g. Minced beef
  • 1 onion
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • peas, carrots, donuts
  • a bunch of dill
  • salt, thyme pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Meat roll:

If you make 8 pancake sheets.

Cook in onion oil, add vegetables, salt, pepper, thyme and dill. Allow to cool slightly, then add the meat. The whole composition is divided into 8 parts and spread on pancake sheets. Place the finely chopped egg over the meat.

Roll it, put it in a pan greased with a little oil, grate the cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes on the right heat.

Step 8: After that you will heat the oven (at 200 degrees) and bake it for another 4-5 minutes, until the bacon will be perfectly browned.

  • 3 cloves garlic (2 + 1)
  • 8 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk (or milk)
  • ½ grated red
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • small potatoes or baby potatoes (for garnish)

Add chopped onion, garlic and squeezed bun to the minced meat. Add tomato paste, salt, paprika and ground black pepper.

Ingredients

  • One egg (60 g)
  • 2 chicken sausages (20 g)
  • 2 medium-sized onions (80 g)
  • A tablespoon and a half of salt (15 g)
  • 20 g of chopped coriander
  • A little ground black pepper
  • 250 g of sliced ​​turkey ham
  • 45 g canned ham (4 tbsp)
  • 700 g of minced pork or beef
  • A tablespoon and a half of garlic (15 g)
  • 250 g of cooked vegetables

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables well and place them on a plate.
  2. Beat the egg until the yolk and egg white mix well.
  3. Season the minced meat as follows: mix the chopped onion, garlic, salt, coriander and egg and add them to the meat.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  5. Place the mixture on a rectangular aluminum foil and flatten the layer.
  6. The foil must be strong, so that it does not break when you roll it and put the preparation in the oven.
