Put a non-stick pan on the right heat and when it has warmed up, put 50 gr of butter first.
When the butter has melted, place the slices of bread. Let them brown on one side, then turn them on the other side adding if necessary another butter.
When both sides are browned, place two of the slices of bread, melted cheese and overlap with the other two slices of bread.
Add more butter and let it fry a little.
Remove to a plate, cut in half and serve.
The best is warm but I assure you it was very good and cold.
